I. EU Monthly Active Recipients

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (“DSA”), CaelLab(虚舟实验室) (“we” or “us”) is pleased to provide information on the average monthly active recipients of the XM UER service in the European Union (“recipients of the service” is defined under the DSA to mean a recipient of the service that has engaged with an online platform by either requesting the online platform to host information or being exposed to information hosted by the online platform and disseminated through its online interface”).
In accordance with the obligation set forth in Article 24(2) of the DSA, we estimate that the average monthly number of active users of the XM UER service in the European Union from 25 May 2026 to 23 June 2026 is approximately 11,991.
Due to the globally distributed nature of our content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure, we are currently unable to produce a consolidated 30‑day EU traffic log directly. Accordingly, this estimate is derived from a 7‑day observation window (from 17 June 2026 to 23 June 2026).
We define a monthly active user as a unique IP address (whether or not the user has registered) that accessed the XM UER service at least once within the last 30 days as of the date of measurement.
Please note that this is only a rough, sampled estimate based on the partial data available to us at this time. The methodology relies on CDN geo‑IP mapping, which is subject to statistical variances, sampling biases, and other limitations. These estimates may be revised upwards or downwards as we refine our data collection and estimation approach in future reporting periods. This disclosure is made solely for transparency purposes under the DSA and should not be used for any other purpose.
The statistical results eliminated a large number of identifiable bots (including crawlers, monitoring scripts, etc.) in the final stage.
一、欧盟月度活跃服务接收者

根据《欧盟条例 (EU) 2022/2065》（即《数字服务法》，“DSA”）第24条第(2)款的规定，虚舟实验室（CaelLab）（以下简称“我们”）特此公布 XM UER 服务在欧盟境内的平均月度活跃服务接收者信息（DSA 对“服务接收者”的定义为：通过请求在线平台托管信息，或接触由在线平台托管并通过其在线界面传播的信息，从而与在线平台产生互动的接收者）。
依据 DSA 第24条第(2)款设定的义务，我们估算，2026年5月25日至2026年6月23日期间，XM UER 服务在欧盟境内的月均活跃用户数约为 11,991。
由于我们的内容分发网络（CDN）基础设施全球分布，目前暂时无法直接从边缘节点日志中生成完整的30天欧盟合并流量报告。因此，本次估算基于一个7天的观测窗口（2026年6月17日至6月23日）。
我们将月度活跃用户定义为：截至测量日期，在过去30天内至少访问过一次 XM UER 服务的唯一IP地址（无论该用户是否注册）。
需要说明的是，本次数据仅为基于我们当前所能获取的部分数据所作的粗略抽样估算。该估算方法依赖于CDN的Geo‑IP地理定位，存在统计偏差、抽样误差及其他局限性。随着我们在后续报告周期中不断优化数据采集和估算方法，本数据可能会向上或向下修订。本披露仅用于履行 DSA 下的透明度义务，不应用于任何其他目的。
统计结果在最后阶段剔除了大量可被识别的机器人（含爬虫、监控脚本等）。
